I hope you enjoy looking at my bears. Every Bearly Unique teddy is just that, unique, as no two are the same, but all are made from top quality mohair or plush with traditional cotter pins joints and glass eyes or in the case of child friendly bears, safety eyes and joints.

I  do not make huge quantities of bears as my bear-making activities are very much a hobby rather than a business. I only make bears when I am in the right mood, so each and every bear has a lot of love and care lavished on it.  At present I have very few bears awaiting new homes, but I hope to produce one or two in the near future.

As well as making bears, I also collect and restore vintage bears. I have so many that I need to reduce my hug before they take over every room in the house. Therefore I have decided to list a few on my website that are seeking new homes.

I try to update my website regularly, but as some of my bears are on display at Alice's Bear Shop in Lyme Regis, Dorset, I need to check they have not already been adopted!

If you you looking for a special present for someone - a new grandchild or perhaps your wife or girlfriend- I can always make a bear especially for you in the size and materials you prefer. I have also made bears for special occasions such as weddings retirements and anniversaries. Most of my special orders come from friends or  people who already own one of my bears.
