The following are available for purchase:
Bertie
Bertie is a kindly bear , a lovely Chiltern Hugmee made in the 1950s.
Eighteen inches (45cms) tall, he has a black plastic nose and amber and black plastic eyes.
He has a good covering of golden mohair and velveteen paws. He still has a working squeaker.
Sorry Bertie is off to America and no longer available.
Eamonn
Eamonn, pictured on the right of the picturewith his friends Rose and Robin, is an Irish bear dating from the 1940-50s. He has his original glass eyes. I am not sure about his mouth and nose stitching. He has a working squeaker and the remains of his original label still attached to his foot.
His pads have been replaced with felt to match the original. His golden mohair is rather sparse. He retains about 30% evenly distributed across his body.
Nonetheless he is an appealing character full of the blarney and looking for some good crack in his new home.
Price £95.00
Eddie
Eddie has been well loved and has lost about 50% of his lovely soft golden mohair. mostly from his body and arms..
He is 14ins tall and has replacement glass eyes and nose and mouth stitching.
His cotton pads have various darns and a patch on one hand. He still has a working squeaker voice.
Despite his shortcoming he is a lovely characterful bear looking for a kind home for the rest of his days.
Although he has been given a Merrythought style nose I think he is probably a littlre Chitern bear from the 1930-40s.
Price £95.00
Edward
Edward is a gorgeous bear. He looks just like a teddy bear should! He is 45cms (16ins) tall with bright golden mohair which has very few signs of wear - just a little thinning here and there. His rexine pads are intact, but slightly cracked with age. If you pat him on the back he still has a little voice - perhaps he just just shy. He dated from the 1940-50s.
Everything about him seems original - a lovely bear for your hug. He is pictured with his little pal Alfie.
Price £150.00
Fred
Meet Fred. if this poor chap could talk, what a tale he would have to tell! He was abandoned in a shed and when found was in a very sorry state having been attacked by mice and ravaged by damp.
After extensive surgery and sympathetic counselling he is now in search of a loving retirement home.
He dates from the 1940-50s and has eplacemnt amber glass eyes. His nose and mouth stitching are original, though how he managed to retain his big smile through all his troubles goodness know.
He is wearing a nice new knitted outfit to keep him warm and cover his scars. He has replacment brown felt pads and retains a very sparse covering of mohair.
Price £65.00
Gordon
Gordon is an English Teddy dating from the 1940-50s. He is 17ins tall and has a good covering of pale golden mohair. I should say he retains 90% of his coat. He has smallish amber and black glass eyes, which appear original, as does his nose and mouth stitching.
He has replacement paw pads and "touched up" foot pads. He has a good loud voice.
If you look very carefully you can see some very pale pink eye brows that a young owner has given him at some point in his long life. There is a little pink below his mouth and light staining to his tummy, but as you can see from his picture none of it is really noticeable.
All in all a good honest English bear.
Price £95.00
Hamish
Hamish is a rare Gabrielle Designs bear. He is in mint condition with his original swing tag.
He has green wellies, a kilt and sheepskind jerkin over his blue jersey.
I believe he dates from the 1980s

James
James is a 16ins Chitern Ting-a-Ling Bruin bear dating from the early 1950s.
He has glass eyes, embroidered nose and velveteen paws.
His mohair coverage is fairly sparse - He has been well-loved and now needs a new home where he can chime his tingaling to his heart's content.
James is currently reserved.
Max
Max is a rare Gabrielle Designs golfer bear.
Made in the 1980s he has a smart chek flat cap, red jumper, tartan trews and golfing shoes.
He is carrying his bag containing four golf clubs.
Price £95.00
Pip
Pip is a dear little (10ins) bear possibly made by AlphaFarnell or Invicta in the 1930s. His worn rexine pads have been recovered with pseudo-rexine ( the real thing is no longer made) and his nose and mouth stitching have been replenished. He has a non-working squeaker.
I think his eyes are replacements. He retains at least 80% of his pale blonde mohair and is a delightful little chap who would make a lovely addition to your hug.
Price £95.00
Polly
Polly is a sweet little English unjointed bear dating from the 1930-40s. I think she was possibly made by Deans.
She has cotton paws and glass eyes and is generally in sound condition for her age with rather sprase mohair.
She is about 10ins tall and is wearing a knitted jumper and coat and carry her little bag.
Price £65.00
Rose
Rose, pictured with her friend Robin, is something special, a rare pink mohair bear who has retained her colour beautifully. She has approximately 90% of her mohair even distributed across her body with a rather barer area around her squeaker. Her white cotton pads are slightly stained - I should think its has leeched out from her capok and wood wool stuffing. Her amber and black eyes appear original as does her nose and mouth stitching.
Although she has no label I am 99% sure she is a Deans bear dating from the 1940s.
Price £250.00
Teddy Valentine
Teddy Valentine got his name from his heart sheped head! Possibly a Merrythought, he is 14ins tall with a woodwool and kapok stuffed head and kapok stuffed body and limbs.
he has replaced reproduction rexine paws in keeping with his original and glass eyes.
Price £95.00
Tiny Tim
Tiny Tim is almost certainly a Chad Valley Bear dating from the 1950s.
He is just 10ins tall with brown felt pads.
He has lost quite a bit of mohair from his face from being kissed so much , but retained about 70-80% mohair overall.
