I must start with an apology as I have very few bears available at present. I hope to start bear-making again after Christmas!

Every bear displayed in this section is a one off. No two of my bears are the same. When I begin to make a bear even I have no idea quite how they will evolve.

Each one seems to have its own character which develops as I sew!

 Most are made with traditional glass eyes and wood and metal cotter pin joints which makes them unsuitable for children. To meet safety regulations children's bears must have plastic safety eyes and joints.  I try to make a regular supply of children's bears, but as each one is still individually made they do come out quite a lot more expensive than a mass produced bear. However when you buy one of my bears you do know you are buying a unique bear made with love and not something turned out on the production line in their  thousands!

The following are available for purchase:
Arran

Arran is a bonny lad with a big smile and loads of character. He is 12ins tall.

Made of light cinnamon mohair, he has glass eyes and ultra suede paws.

He is all ready for winter with a cosy jumper, fleece trousers and matching hat and scarf.

He has steel balls in his tummy to give him a nice weighty feel.

Arran has been adopted.
Blossom

Blossom wears flowers peach coloured ribbons in her hair and carries a posie of peach and white flowers.

She would make a lovely gift for a bride or bridesmaid. She is just 9ins tall.

Although Blossom is now sold I can make a similar bear to order, in any size, with flowers and ribbons to suit your wedding colour scheme.

However it won't be identical as all my bears are one-offs! Prices start at £45 according to size.

This little bear is not suitable for children, but I can make one with safety eyes and joints if you want one for a young bridesmaid.
Euan

Euan is very proud of his tartan neckerchief which he wears with a navy jumper.

He is 13ins (34cms) tall and made of very pale golden sparse mohair and has black glass eyes ultrasuede paws. Like most of my "old" bears, he has steel balls in his tummy to make him feel nice and heavy.

Euan has now been adopted.
Freckles

Freckles is 15ins (37cms) is made of wavy creamy white mohair. As you can see he has embroidered freckles on his nose and has velvet spotty paw pads and is wearing a red spotted neckerchief.

Jerry

Jerry is just 6ins (15cms) tall and made of  white bristly mohair with ultrasuede paw pads and black glass eyes. He is wearing a red and white check neckerchief and has steel balls in his tummy.

Jerry has been adopted.
Mocha

Mocha is another of my baby bears. He is made of high quality chocolate-tipped cream plush with ultra suede paws.

A lovely cuddlly little chap measuring 14ins. He has black glass eyes and an orange wired ribbon.

Ned

Ned is made of dense straight golden mohair  and has amber and black glass eyes. He has ultrasuede paw pads and is wearing a red jumper and has a jaunty red spotted neckerchief. Steel balls in his tummy give him a nice heavy feel. He is 7ins (20cms) tall.

Ned is now living in Australia.
Rory

Rory is 14ins (35cms) tall and made of creamy high quality plush. He is wearing a maroon jumper and fairisle scarf. He has ultra suede paws and greeny grey and black glass eyes.

Rory has been adopted, along with Arran, and they are now living very happily at their new home in Shropshire.
